A Tight parking, obscure location, poor bathroom privacy, shower issues

Got the same king room with comfy bed booked online, loved that. The stuff where really helpful and extremely polite from arrival to departure.

would recomand it as we had a very good experience here. truly enjoyed the way our good-sized queen room with comfy bed was arranged. the food was fine, especially coffee, tea, toast, breads and cereals for breakfast.

The bed was comfy, but the place felt a bit unclean overall.

My stay included a very clean room and a comfortable bed, which helped with rest. The noisy generator outside was a distraction, and the steep stairs posed a challenge with luggage. While it's conveniently located for access to shops, improved sound insulation would enhance the experience.

The stairs are a hazard, especially with heavy luggage. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to standard, with hair left in the shower. The room itself felt worn down, and the bedding looked crumpled.

The double room was super clean and had a comfy bed! Loved how quiet it was. The kitchen was handy for making a snack. I particularly enjoyed having cereal and toast available. Just wish the parking was a bit more spacious since it was a bit tight.

Pleasant room, pleasant shower, with a comfortable bed and excellent communication from the staff, along with free wi-fi and convenient access to a shared kitchen for preparing light meals.

Cozy stay with a homey vibe

Had a decent 3 nights here. The room was super clean and the bed seemed like a hug! The added bonus was the kitchen with all the basics like cereal and toast. Just wish there was more parking, it gets cramped. But all in all, felt very homey!

The kitchen had cereals and toast. Tea and coffee available! Such a lovely area with shops nearby and perfect for a stroll.

Stairs were quite steep, could be a little daunting for some.

the industrial humming noise was a bit annoying (especially during the day! ). but the shower was really good and the bed was comfy. the room and bathroom were modern and fresh, and the kitchen facilities were perfect for a light meal.

The food was fine and included coffee, tea, toast, and cereal. Everyone was affable, including the owner. the hotel is conveniently located near shops, bars, Sutton Park, and Boldmere high street. there is a car park available. Gracechurch shopping centre is just a 10-minute drive away, making it easily accessible.

The rooms here are nicely decorated and the staff is friendly and helpful.
